Since 2001 Diehl & Eagle-Picher has been producing lithium thionyl chloride reserve batteries in their own production facilities. In completion of the delivery programme EAGLE PICHER sells their lithium batteries in lithium carbon monofluoride (LiFx) and lithium thionyl chloride (LiSOCl₂) reserve technology.

Cells and batteries can be customised for the client or offered as a ready solution.

Technical attributes

- Voltage 3,0 V (LiFx),
  3,65 V (LiSOCl₂)

Diehl & Eagle Picher´s military qualified Fuze Battery 597 (see right picture) supplies a voltage of 25V.
